Group Sound
Journey
All you need to do is lie or sit back, relax, and allow yourself to experience the sensations from the sounds!
A group sound journey is an immersive experience guided by numerous sounds intuitively using different frequencies and tones that resonate with different parts of your body.
A variety of instruments are used including wind chimes, an ocean drum, rain sticks, Solfeggio tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and a crystal singing pyramid.
This group experience is like a reset button to bring your body into a state of harmony and health. The added benefit is being connected to like-minded individuals and creating conscious conversations.

Private
Sessions
Private sessions are 60 minutes uniquely designed to bring your body into a deep state of relaxation using a 7 crystal (Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Blue Chalcedony, Green Aventurine, Yellow Agate, Golden Jade, Red Jasper) infrared, PEMF and Photon therapy mat.
Private sessions combine guided meditation and resonate sound through the use of various instruments, including wind chimes, an ocean drum, rain sticks, Solfeggio tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and a crystal singing pyramid, and more.
This experience is perfect for chakra cleansing and balancing, muscle relaxation, sleep, inflammation, anxiety, depression, detox, increasing circulation, boosting the immune system, and relieving chronic pain and fibromyalgia.
Not recommended for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, or anyone who can't be in a sauna.
Group Sound Journey
with horses
Participants will experience a guided meditation and a sound journey with horses. The total experience is approximately 60 minutes long.
Horses possess a unique ability to aid in healing, both physically and emotionally. Horses keenly sense emotional energies and mirror them back to us, revealing what we may be avoiding. This honest interaction fosters self-awareness and growth.
The horses will be in the arena or pasture to assist energetically wherever they feel guided. There will be time set aside afterward to interact with the horses for those who are interested.
