Harmony of Nature: A Soundscape Journey

We will meet in the parking lot and begin a light hike out to the Bog, a deeply tranquil setting. Once we arrive, participants will set up their yoga mats and settle into the earth where they will enjoy a custom-guided meditation and sound journey designed to bring in the healing qualities of Mother Earth.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, a steel tongue drum, and more! All are expertly played to create a harmonious experience for your mind, body, and soul.
