About the event
The aim is to foster a sense of mental well-being, emotional support, stress relief, and a healing environment in a tranquil nature setting. Participants will be guided through a meditation with sound created to elevate the body’s ability to heal, enjoying some quiet journaling with the animals and ending the night with sharing and building community. This will be held in the open pasture with grazing goats and horses along the fence line.
