Join Carmen for a special morning gathering in honor of Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the strength, wisdom, resilience, and beauty of women across generations.
This experience is designed as a gentle exhale. Through guided meditation, a deeply immersive sound journey, and intentional space for connection, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll honor the stories that shaped us, the women who came before us, and the woman you are becoming.
The morning will begin with a grounding meditation to center your body and quiet your mind. From there, you’ll be immersed in healing sound frequencies that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic reset. We’ll close with relaxed “girls time", space to connect, share, laugh, and be in community with other women.
